Filmfare OTT Awards 2023 List Of Winners: Manoj Bajpayee & Alia Bhatt win Best Actors Award

Manoj Bajpayee, Alia Bhatt and Rajkummar Rao win the Best Actor Filmfare OTT Awards 2023 for the Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, Darlings and Monica.

With great fanfare and grandeur, the Filmfare OTT Awards, which commemorate and promote the craft of storytelling in the Indian streaming market, took place on Sunday. Actors Manoj Bajpayee, Rajkummar Rao, Alia Bhatt, and Karishma Tanna were among those who won top acting awards this year. The night held great significance for two actors: Manoj Bajpayee, who won Best Actor, Web Original Film (Male), for the courtroom drama Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, and actress Alia Bhatt, who won Best Actor, Web Original Film (Female), for her Netflix debut Darlings.

This year, movies like Monica, O My Darling, Gulmohar, and web series Kohrra and Scoop also made it to the winners list. But, Vikramaditya Motwane's Jubilee stood out as one of the top picks, taking home more than five accolades in categories including VFX, sound design, and cinematography.

 

Other celebrities who won big after wowing the crowd with their performances were actress Rajshri Deshpande (Best Actor, Series (Female): Drama for playing Neelam Krishnamoorthy in Trial By Fire, and Suvinder Vicky (Best Actor, Series (Male): Drama for his role in the Netflix series Kohrra). 

Best Actor, Series (Male), Critics: Drama went to Vijay Varma for his terrifying portrayal in the crime series Dahaad, while Best Actor, Series (Female), Critics: Drama went to his co-star Sonakshi Sinha. For Hansal Mehta's Scoop, which was based on the life of veteran crime reporter Jigna Vora, she split the award with Karishma Tanna. 

For their roles in TVF Tripling and The Great Weddings of Munnes, respectively, Abhishek Banerjee and Maanvi Gagroo won Best Actor, Series (Male) and (Female) accolades in the comedy category.
