Black Friday, which takes place today, coincides with Thanksgiving, a major holiday that will increase box office receipts in North America. Two major movies arrived on Thanksgiving Eve: Wish and Napoleon, starring Joaquin Phoenix. The Cost Of making Napoleon Movie
The Hollywood Reporter claims that Napoleon's production has around $130-200 million budget. That's a big amount, but not out of the ordinary for a historical epic, especially one that's about military conquest. Napoleon has received positive reviews for its exciting and ambitious battle scenes, proving that the money was wisely spent. Collider critic Ross Bonaime justifies Napoleon's budget by stating that Scott "shows a level of scale and grandiosity that we've never quite seen from him before." It still isn't the most costly film directed by Ridley Scott, though.
Napoleon is under a great deal of pressure to spend his large budget. Napoleon must make at least $400 million in revenue in order to turn a profit, as the conventional rule of thumb is to double a movie's stated budget in order to estimate production and marketing costs. The assignment is challenging, particularly for an R-rated historical epic with a verified runtime of two hours and 38 minutes. However, the $950 million box office receipt for Christopher Nolan's three-hour drama Oppenheimer proves that long historical films targeted towards adult audiences may be profitable.

How Much Box Office Collection It Made
Napoleon, the massive release, is expected to bring in $7.4 million on opening day at the domestic box office (with $3 million coming from previews). The Joaquin Phoenix and Vanessa Kirby film is expecting to make about $20 million in its three-day run, and $28–$32 million over its five-day extended weekend.
Wish hopes to bring in between $24 and $27 million at the North American box office throughout its three-day run. The movie is expected to make between $40 and $45 million over the course of the five-day extended weekend (Wednesday to Sunday).

Napoleon Movie Review
The outside and foundation of Napoleon's emotions at the time were aspects of this picture that attracted and mastered; the cinematography captured the tremendous epic events that were exhibited, enticing the 'action' term it possesses. The film's mood and the things we were there to witness were greatly enhanced by the superb portrayal of the period from the French Revolution until 1815. Napoleon was portrayed in the film as a cool-headed individual who didn't let his feelings get in the way of his decisions, but Joaquin Phoenix's performance helped the audience relate to how reserved Napoleon was about his feelings. In the film, these feelings were only briefly depicted in relation to his relationships and on the battlefield.

The fight sequences, which were shown as like wandering into death and staring it in the eyes, were the best part of the movie. Diegetic sound was used to build a sense of motion, and the camera angles also did a great job of establishing this action.
The plot's rapid pace was one of the things that detracted from this film. There were times when the plot was not fully developed and you felt as though you were turning pages in a book. Aside from the pride the French soldiers showed in France, the discourse in many places lacked deeper meaning and did not reveal much plot significance.
